Arsenal Midfielder Thomas Partey will be on the sidelines for two weeks due to injury and is set to miss Arsenal’s next two games.

The Ghanaian International sustained a strain to his left hamstring during Arsenal’s last Saturday’s match at Aston Villa.

Upon assessment, the 27-year old has been ruled out for two weeks and will miss Arsenal’s key games against Leeds United and SL Benfica in the UEFA Europa League.

The Club went ahead to state that Partey will be assessed and continue with his rehabilitation from the injury.

The 26-year old has suffered numerous injuries since joining the Gunners from Athletico Madrid after his release clause was triggered.

Partey has made 13 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal this season.
