Prosper Narteh credits Kotoko surge in form to Manhyia visit

Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum has said their visit to the Manhyia Palace has played a key role in their recent performances.
The Porcupine Warriors have picked four points in their last two games after picking just one in the previous seven games.
Following a tough run of games, the team led by its management members visited Manhyia Palace at the invitation of club owner Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II.
This, Prosper Narteh believes has helped them turn things around and the move was a timely intervention.
“No one in this world will meet the King and the King will talk to him and he will disobey the King, so I think it is good we went to Manhyia to listen to some pieces of advice from the King, from the owner, from the landlord so I think it is good and I think it is doing the trick for.
“We want to thank the King for his timely intervention, we are grateful to him and to the supporters and Asanteman and if this support continues, I think the face of the team will change,” he said.
Asante Kotoko managed to get a point against defending champions, Medeama Sporting Club in Tarkwa.
