Evelyn Badu: Hasaacas Ladies’ potent goal force living her dream

Born in Seikwa, Evelyn Badu has greatness written all over her.
At a young age, she used to hold her own against playmates at Aduman Senior High School, where she completed her second cycle education.
She was winning awards whiles playing on the grassless pitches.
Now, she has become an upgraded version of the same quality people know her for.
Badu joined Hasaacas Ladies in 2018 and has over the period developed so well under Coach Yusif Basigi.
Her Hasaacas Ladies journey has seen her gain call ups to various national teams and play in some major tournaments.
She has helped Hasaacas Ladies become a force to reckon with in women’s football in Ghana and on the continent.

The midfielder was key in Hasaacas Ladies’ quest to qualify to the CAF Women’s Champions League and win the WAFU Zone B Championship in Abidjan.
At the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League in Egypt, she has been the main lady driving Hasaacas to history.
With 5 goals so far, Badu is having a tournament of her life, one that every player dreams of.
