Tamale City will face Nsoatreman FC in the Division One League Zone I play-off on Tuesday afternoon at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The two teams enter the game tied on points and head-to-head, setting up a decider. Both teams finished the season with 71 points.
Tamale City, on their way to the impressive points tally, recorded 22 wins from 30 games with just three defeats recorded.
Nsoatreman also put up great numbers this season, losing just once whilst recording 21 wins from 30 matches.
Meetings between the two teams this campaign ended 1-0 for either side and the game on Tuesday will be the separator.
The winner of the tie will join Kotoku Royals and Samartex in the Ghana Premier League next season.
