Antonio Conte leaves Inter Milan

Antonio Conte

Inter Milan have announced the departure of head coach Antonio Conte.

This comes three years after the Italian led Inter to a first Serie A title in 11 years, ending Juventus dominance.

The 51-year-old spent two years in charge of Inter and had one year remaining on his contract.

The club, in a statement, thanked Conte for his “extraordinary work” at the club.

Conte has recently been linked with Real Madrid, amid speculation Zinedine Zidane will leave this summer, and the vacancy at Tottenham.
