Aduana Stars have sacked coach Asare Bediako after a string of poor results in the Ghana Premier League.

Bediako was on Sunday adjudged NASCO coach of the month for December, but the Aduana’s dismal run in January has cost him his job.

Aduana secured just one win in five games in the just-ended month, and as a result have dropped to fourth, nine points behind leaders Asante Kotoko.

Bediako had an impressive December which saw Aduana secure four successive wins to become real title contenders.

According to Onua Sports, Bediako took charge of his final training on Monday.

Bediako joined Aduana on a one-year deal last year, and his contract was due to expire in March.

Bediako would be compensated with one month salary.
