Photos: Maj. Maxwell Mahama’s final journey on earth
The fallen hero, late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama who was slain in line of duty, has been laid to rest with full military honours.
A burial service was held at the forecourt of the State House in Accra on June 9, after which he was buried at the Osu Military Cemetery.
His family, dignitaries and sympathizers were present to bid farewell to the fallen hero.
Present at the burial ceremony include the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Mahamudu Bawumia and his spouse. The First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo, former president John Dramani Mahama, ex-President John Agyekum Kufuor, Chiefs, Members of the Diplomatic Corps, Ministers of State and Members of the Parliament were all present to mourn with the family of the late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama.
