[Video] 'Gym guy' turns on 7 ladies spontaneously; picks one for a date  

There certainly must be some magic associated with having a strong, sturdy physique, especially when it is refined by constant workout in the gym.   Little wonder, seven out of the 10 beautiful ladies empaneled on the second episode of TV3’s Date Rush were swept off their feet on seeing Nana Kweku aka Shoto for the first time – call it love at first sight. Shoto is a Tantra Hill guy who spends much of his time in the gym working out and that has complemented his height so well that he has an amazing figure. Tina for instance could not hold back her emotions as she blushed at the figure of Shoto, muttering out a few words of interest.  “I like him, I like everything about him”, Tina said shyly.

It did not seem Shoto really liked Tina as much, as he would later choose Paz over her when faced with the challenging task of choosing between the two. As often said, one man’s meat is another man’s poison, but for this purpose let’s tweak this a bit to say, “one woman’s meat is another woman’s poison”. While seven ladies fell for Shoto, three were not really enthused about him and what were their reasons? “He is cute, he is a nice guy but his dance moves … I don’t like it”, Tanefa explained why she bounced Shoto. For Nancy, she cannot simply cope with Shoto after learning from his friend that he likes hanging out with his boys a lot.  “I’m the clingy type, I can’t”, she said. Meanwhile, Nana Kweku, the gym guy who likes to hangout and chillout with friends has a taste for “fit and curvy girls” and his taste led him to eventually settle on Paz for a date. On the same night Raymond Kwame Manu-Opoku, an award-winning marketer, philanthropist and a public speaker also picked Jessica for a date after seven ladies initially fell for his corporate composure.
