Ghanaian musician Ras Kuuku has shared his thoughts on the ongoing debate between Vice President Bawumia’s digitalisation initiative and former President John Dramani Mahama’s 24-hour economy proposal.

During a studio discussion on Onua TV, Ras Kuuku expressed his interest in personally experiencing Mahama’s 24-hour economy.

Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Ras Kuuku has expressed his opinion on the current controversy surrounding Vice President Bawumia’s digitalization effort and former President John Dramani Mahama’s idea for a 24-hour economy.

Ras Kuuku stated on Onua TV during a studio conversation that he would like to experience Mahama’s 24-hour economy firsthand.

Ras Kuuku explained his preference by pointing out that the digitalisation initiative is already in progress, whereas the concept of a 24-hour economy has not yet been realised in the country.

“For digitalisation, we have already been experiencing it. Ghana is gradually being digitized. But we haven’t seen the 24-hour economy before,” Ras Kuuku stated.

He added, “It is something I want to see, so I would like for him (Mahama) to come and implement it so I can witness it.”
