Mercy Aigbe has called out her ex-husband Lanre Gentry for being a deadbeat father to their children.
The Father’s Day brouhaha started when Mercy Aigbe wished herself a Happy Father’s Day for taking care of her kids, including paying their fees. To which her ex-husband came for her by throwing shade at her. He said he did not care for whatever she spent on the children because he once cared for a daughter she brought into the marriage.
Apparently, this post ticked Mercy off. She went on a tirade describing him as the most irresponsible father of the year. She wrote, “Mr Lanre Gentry you better stop with the stupid lies! You better don’t just infuriate me! Lara Gentry calls your useless father to order oh!!!! Cos really I have had enough of his nonsense!!!!!
“And the most irresponsible father award goes to my Ex! This shameless man who instead of him to cover his face in shame, will rather come online to post rubbish! I normally ignore you when you respond to my Father’s Day post! But you see this one! Bring it on!!!! I am ready! Alailojuti’.”
Lanre Gentry was not one to back down, as he issued another rebuttal accusing the actress of prostituting and living a fake life. He also said he would not expose her dirty secret for their son and her mother’s sake. But posterity would soon unmask it all.
