Acclaimed Ghanaian highlife legend Dada KD has shared candid thoughts on marriage, calling it a “scam” for those who aren’t fortunate enough to find the right partner.

Speaking in a recent interview with Ohemaa Acheampongmaa on GhHighlifeShow, Onuafm, the musician, known for timeless love songs and soulful melodies, explained that while he believes in love, marriage is largely a matter of luck.

“Marriage is a scam,” Dada KD declared. “But it’s not always the case. Sometimes, when you’re lucky in it, you can make it out successfully.”

“It is luck,” he reiterated. “And if you’re unlucky like me, who is yet to find someone and settle down what you want to attain in life may not materialize.”

The celebrated artist revealed he is still on a journey to find his ideal partner and has yet to settle down.

Despite his views, he remains open to the possibility of love blossoming under the right circumstances.

“But if I’m lucky, and all things being equal, I’ll introduce my woman to the world soon.”

His latest comments provide rare insight into his thoughts on relationships and why he has chosen to remain unmarried.

For now, Dada K.D continues to focus on his music and personal growth, hoping that luck might someday lead him to the kind of love worth showcasing to the world.
