Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh has brought together diverse cast of international, Ghanaian and Nigerian actors for his next film ‘Nine’.

A diverse group of talented performers from Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria and the US make up the cast for the upcoming movie.

Prominent performers like Rosemary Zimu, who is well- known for her parts in Netflix’s “Shadow” and the hit TV show “Savage Beauty”, Kate Henshaw who is well-known for her roles in Netflix’s “Blood Sisters” and “Chief Daddy,” and Damien D. Smith from FX’s “Snowfall” and USA’s “The Purge” are amongst the leading casts for Chris Attoh’s movie.

 Talented Ghanaian actors Juliet Ibrahim, Adjetey Anang, Zynnel Zuh, Sika Osei, Gideon Kojo Boakye, Ijeoma Grace Agu, Pascal Aka, and Darlyn Adu-Gyamfi are among those joining these African cinema stars.

Chris Attoh explains why he left Ghana to join Nigeria’s film industry

The plot centers on a series of enigmatic homicides of young women that occur during a full Ghanaian moon, which prompts a forensic expert and an American homicide detective to work together.

Together, they uncover a deadly conspiracy involving nine hooded female assassins on a mission to stop a dark supernatural power that wants to become immortal by the next blue moon.

Directed and produced by Chris Attoh, the movie introduces a fresh perspective to the industry, while fostering connections among its cast members.

In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, he said, “this will be a great platform for collaboration and exchange of knowledge among stakeholders in the industry.

‘We are not only looking at the success of the film but we are also hoping that it will be a platform for industry stakeholders to learn and grow collectively”, he added.
