Bubbly musician MzVee, born Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, turned 28 on Tuesday, June 23.
The hearty singer, while being flooded with goodwill messages and presents on her special day, never imagined that a prank will be part of the catalogue of gifts.
The Urban Blend on 3FM hosted by Miriam Osei Agyemang carefully orchestrated a plan to add a little more spice to MzVee’s birthday and it worked.
The singer was called live on the show by Miriam, who pretended to be the CEO of Smileys Pastries.
She told MzVee that she had received an order to deliver a huge cake to her on her birthday.
