Kalybos opens up on why he ended his five-year relationship with his ex-girlfriend
Ghanaian actor and comedian, Kalybos, has shared his candid thoughts on relationships, stating that a long-term relationship does not always lead to marriage.
In a snippet of an upcoming episode of Girl’s Aloud podcast, he revealed that he ended his five-year relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Frimpongmaa because things were not working out.
“Being in a relationship for a longer period doesn’t mean you have to settle with the person no matter what. When you assess yourself and something is not going the way you want, then…”
One of the hosts curious about why they broke up further asked, “So, things weren’t going the way you wanted with Frimpongmaa?”
Kalybos candidly replied, “No, it wasn’t”.
In a humorous manner Kalybos remarked that he married his wife due to her affluent background or her experience living abroad.
With a playful tone, Kalybos said, “Yeah, because she has money. She’s a rich woman”.
Kalybos married his wife, Antwiwaa in November last year.
On their first wedding anniversary, he shared a heartfelt message on social media to celebrate their union.
