Ghanaian female artiste, Sista Afia has said some colleagues she regards as her friends and loved ones do not reciprocate the love and support towards her.

In an interview on Onua FM, Tuesday, February 4, Sista Afia explained that on numerous occasions, she abandons her plans and activities to support her “so-called” friends but same support is not extended to her.

According to her, she’s realized that because of her soft nature and love for people, she’s been taken advantage of, noting that she’s putting a stop to persons who don’t extend same love to her.

“I’m down for everybody and I feel like we are just together as a group. I even see us as siblings in the music space. So if you need me and I come and sometimes I leave everything to support you and I get this in return, it’s cool.

“They know themselves…I’m the type who loves people so it’s like they want to play with my weakness,” she said.

“I’m done with it because I’ve given people a lot of chances and I’m the type who give a lot of chances that’s how the world is, now I know I don’t have friends,” she added.

Her concerns follow her recent post where she lamented about how certain friends have not promoted or supported her new song ‘Krekete Soja.”

“I released a tune, Krekete Soja and most of my so-called colleagues/friends haven’t posted or shared to show their support but will run to me when they need my help.

“Funny people, smh! I’m watching you all. Fake love everywhere,” she posted on X, February 1.

She noted that at the time she made the post, she was distressed by the issue and felt like putting it out but holds no grudge against nobody.
