Ghanaian gospel musician, Empress Gifty has opened up about her upbringing, disclosing that she never knew her biological father.
According to her, she was raised by her stepfather as she never met her biological father whose name she mentioned as Andoh.
“I don’t know my father..I didn’t see my dad…He is dead,” Empress Gifty stated in an inter view with Channel One TV.
Despite not knowing her biological father, she expressed gratitude for the love and care she received from her stepfather.
”My stepfather took care of me,” she added.
Empress Gifty is currently promoting her latest song, “Watch Me.” The track that has gained significant popularity was written by Highlife star Kuami Eugene.
