Actor and comedian Bismark The Joke has responded to allegations that he had an affair with partner of his colleague, Funny Face also known as Benson Nana Yaw Oduro.
Funny Face has recently made headlines after he accused several entertainers of being involved with his “baby mama.”
In response to the claim on Instagram, Thursday, September 12, 2024, Bismark The Joke, who once starred alongside Funny Face in the popular series Chorkor Trotro, described the allegations as “unfounded and speculative.”
He explained that he initially chose not to respond, understanding that his colleague was “facing mental health challenges.”
“Out of respect for his situation, I refrained from engaging in what I believed was a personal matter that did not warrant public attention. However, it has now become necessary for me to issue this statement,” Bismark The Joke said.
However, Bismark The Joke said his reputation has been seriously harmed by the persistent dissemination of these untrue allegations, hence he’s compelled to address the matter.
“The continued circulation of these false claims has caused significant harm to my reputation, both personally and professionally” and that “These allegations have affected my family, friends, and business partners, all of whom know the values I stand for and the integrity with which I conduct myself,” he added.
Bismark The Joke denied any truth to Funny Face’s accusations, reaffirming his commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
He urged people to continue praying for Funny Face and emphasized that his priorities still lie in advancing peace and the welfare of his colleagues in the industry.
