Life Coach, Marketing and Customer Care Consultant Samantha Wuta-Ofei has taken staff of the Commercial Department of Media General through customer care training.
This was the second session of the training, which was given to the media conglomerate.
The focus was on delivering on the customer promise as well as emphasizing the importance of providing platforms for customers which allows them to receive and give feedback in a timely manner.
Ms. Wuta-Ofei insisted that understanding the customer through research and data is paramount.
The key message was to ensure that the team members mission aligned to that of the company’s vision.
