S.N Dowuona Owoo wins Personality of the Year award

Mr. S.N Dowuona Owoo, the founder and CEO of O&G Adonai Limited and Adonai shipping Limited, both indigenous Ghanaian companies, has won the Personality of the year at the just ended Ghana Oil and Gas awards.

He was adjudged the winner following his  over 20years experience in Finances, shipping and in the oil & gas industry experience.

Mr. Dowuona Owoo has served as the director in various companies in the Netherlands and is currently serving as the Chief executive officer since the companies inception. He has oversight responsibility of all activities of O&G Adonai and the sister company Adonai Shipping Ltd.

It is and has always been Mr. Dowuonaʼs mission to prove that Ghana and its Ghanaian workforce can surely compete in the modern business world as a whole and the oil & gas industry.

Mr. Dowuona Owoo is an ardent entrepreneur with DPA Entrepreneurial skills certificates. He has a vast and rich experience in the oil industry and is highly respected in the energy sector in Ghana. Mr. Dowuona Owoo oversees activities of the company as well as the activities of the management staff.

As a CEO committed to excellence and high business ethics, Mr. Dowuona Owoo focuses on maximizing local content by engaging local suppliers and local service companies. He has a “heart for Ghanaians” and priotizes Local Content in all his activities. Under his leadership, Adonai shipping obtained GIFF membership in 2019 and he has since increased in logistical services and has steadily increased the number of staff employed.
