The outcome of Thursday’s referendum will determine whether or not the proposed Savannah, North East, Oti, Western North, Ahafo and Bono East regions will come to being.
With over 2 million voters across the six affected areas, it is required that for each area, not less than 50% of the voters turn out with at least 80% of the votes in favour of the creation of the region.
