Police reshuffle: Cephas Arthur now East Legon Police Commander

Cephas Arthur[/caption] Public Affairs Director of the Ghana Police Service, Superintendent Cephas Arthur, has been reassigned to head the East Legon District Police Command as the Commander. Supt. Arthur takes over from DSP Emmanuel Basintale, who was interdicted in March this year following his alleged involvement in a gold scam worth nearly GHC2 million. ACP David Oklu, has also been appointed as the Director General in charge of Public Relations in the reshcuffle which has affected 38 senior police officers in the country. Supt.
