NPP clears 13 constituencies to hold parliamentary primaries Saturday

The opposition New Patriotic Party has announced plans to hold parliamentary primaries in 13 out of the 30 disputed constituencies this Saturday, June 27.

Only 245 constituencies out of the 275 took part in the major nationwide primaries about two weeks ago, leaving about 30 behind due to various disagreements that needed to be settled.

This means, there would be 17 more constituencies left to have their primaries at a later date.
