A Chinese-based construction company is seeking 55 million dollars from Ghana for canceling a contract it was awarded to develop an intelligent traffic management system for the country.
President of Imani Africa, Franklin Cudjoe tells Roland Walker, this sum of judgement debt could have been avoided if an alarm sounded last year had been acted on.
