Parts of Accra flooded following Saturday rains

Parts of Accra were flooded following the heavy downpour in the hours of Saturday May 14.

Parts of Kaneshie in Accra and Tema were reportedly flooded following hours of heavy rains.

The Ghana Meteo. Agency in a statement early Saturday Morning warned that “Cloudiness is expected over most parts of the country this morning with pockets of rain over southern Ghana. Breaks of sunshine will be experienced later.

“Afternoon to evening rains are expected over parts of the middle and northern sectors.”
