The Women’s Wing of the Professionals Forum of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has congratulated Professor Nana Ama Browne Klutse over her appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Prof. Nana Ama Klutse was among appointees named by President John Dramani Mahama on Friday.
In a message signed by Professionals Forum National Women’s Commissioner, Sophia Ama Otabir, her appointment is “well-deserved recognition of your exceptional leadership, expertise, and dedication to environmental sustainability”.
Her appointment is said to inspire countless women and girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
“Your appointment as CEO of EPA Ghana is a testament to your hard work, perseverance, and commitment to making a positive impact on our environment and society,” conveyed the message.
The Wing expressed confidence in the competence of Prof Nana Ama Klutse to discharge her duties at a critical agency like EPA.
