The Founder of Heaven Way Church in Accra, Patricia Asiedua formerly known as Nana Agradaa will be reappearing in court today, Monday October 17.

The Police arrested her on Sunday October 9 following allegations of money doubling scam levelled against her by some members of the public.

She is currently assisting police investigation.

“Anyone who is a victim of the alleged money doubling scam should report to the Accra Regional Police Command for further action to assist the investigation,” the Police said in a statement on Sunday October 8.

She first appeared in court on Monday October 10 after her arrest but was denied bail and was asked to show up in court again on Thursday October 13.

She was before the court again on that day and was remanded again to reappear on 17th October 2022.

The Police said in a statement said “In the second case, the accused was again arraigned before the court on Friday 14th October 2022 and has been remanded into police custody to reappear on 24th October 2022,.”
