The accident, which involved a Kumasi-bound flight, left one person hospitalized at the Airport Clinic in Accra. READ: Starbow flight ‘crash-lands’ at KIA In a statement issued by the Emergency Operations Center of the Airport, the incident occurred at 12:20pm on Saturday. “The aircraft was carrying 63 passengers and 5 crew,” it confirmed. “One passenger sustained minor injuries and is currently under observation at the clinic.” It pointed out that emergency procedures at the Airport have been activated though operations are continuing normally.
