The stage is set for the grand finale of the maiden TV3 reality show Top Intern, which is slated for Thursday, January 11, 2024, at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra, at 8:00 p.m. prompt.
After a thrilling 10-week-long competition with 12 incredible graduates to battle it out for the top spot, only four remain.
Through the combination of passion, perseverance, and unparalleled talent, Esinu Adza, Kaizer Raphael Tetteh, Abraham Abudulai Ayagri, and Nana Yaw Addae-Sam have risen through every task to reach the finals.
Each of the four finalists is poised to make a mark on the judges for the day in an attempt to emerge as the overall top intern.
“I have proved myself throughout. I did not expect to do much, but I can say I am proud of myself. I have gone beyond my limits. I believe I am resilient,” said Esinu Adza, the only female finalist.
Another finalist, Nana Yaw Addae-Sam, highly praised the reality show, saying, “The Top Intern reality show goes beyond the theoretical stereotype attached to other intellectual programmes. This reality show is one that expects its participants to be broad-minded and be able to think on their feet.”
Kaizer Raphael Tetteh is confident in his leadership abilities and hopeful of winning the day. He remarked, “In all the groups I have been part of, my colleagues have nominated me as their leader. That proves my leadership capacity. I have not been at the bottom, neither have I been up for eviction. That is my scorecard.”
According to Abraham Abudulai Ayagri, the positive impact the show has had on him would be an asset in his career prospects.
“I am glad to be on the top intern show because it presents new challenges, and I love challenges. I hope to experience its impact on my life and career trajectory,” he said.
The grand finale of the maiden edition promises to be exciting, insightful, and impactful. The winner will walk away with a cash prize, an educational scholarship, an internship opportunity with a reputable company, a trip abroad, and more.
