GCB cards to be given UT, Capital bank customers

GCB Bank Ghana Limited is integrating its systems with that of erstwhile UT Bank and Capital Bank. The process is expected to end by close of February. In a communiqué, GCB urged all customers of the two banks it took charge of to comply with transition. As part of the process, the bank will issue its branded cards to customers of UT and Capital banks for all future transactions. “As a result, issuing of cards in the names of the previous banks is discontinued,” it stated. It added that as part of security measures, visa cardholders will be required to “pick up their cards at their original branch or a preferred branch upon request”. It further stated that GHLink cardholders should request a GCB ready cash card at any branch. By Vida Asiedu|editors.3news.com|Ghana
