Full Text: Bawku Naba blames Akufo-Addo, Bawumia for renewed conflict

Below is a statement read on behalf of His Royal Majesty Zugraan Bawku Naba Asigri ABUGRAGO Azoka II by Gum Naab.

His Royal Majesty Zugraan Bawku Naba Asigri ABUGRAGO Azoka II has finally broken his silence.

Straight to the point:
1. Akufo-Addo and Bawumia are behind the criminal activities of Mamprusis and Seidu Abagre.

2. Bawumia is tribal bigot and Kusaug kingdom is greater than any politician.

Final DECISION:
1. The Overlord has suspended all NPP activities in the Kusaug Traditional Area.

2. The Overlord has asked all people of Kusaug to disassociate themselves from the NPP and Dr. Bawumia.

3. The Lord declares that SEIDU ABAGRE remains a criminal and fugitive. Kusaug will hunt for him.

4. All the traditional boundaries and administrative districts of Kusaug, Bawku, Pusiga, Tempane,Garu, Binduri is closed to all Mamprusis until further notice.

5. The Overlord also noted the sponsorship of bandits in Walewale to kill Kusasis, Frafras, Bissas and other tribes by the Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

6. Any attempt of Akufo-Addo and Bawumia create crisis in Bawku, for purposes of declaring a state of emergency will be resisted until it includes Walewale and parts the North East where his tribesmen has killed more people.

Finally, the Kusaug Traditional Council call on all Kusasis, nationwide and globally to remain resolute because we shall defend our land with all it takes.
