The High Court in Cape Coast has dismissed an application filed by the six persons seeking to challenge among other things the legality of the appointment of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Education, Winneba, Prof. Anthony Afful-Broni.
Earlier the court dismissed the EOCO report which was heavily relied upon by Alex Afenyo Markin and Harold Atuguba both counsel for the six applicants and 2nd respond filed to exonerate his clients. It was dismissed on the basis that it lacks credibility and cannot pass any judicial test. The case was presided over by Her Ladyship Justice Mills Tetteh
