A 30-year-old man identified as Christopher Yaw has allegedly committed suicide at Dabiasem, a suburb of Koforidua Asokore, in the Eastern Region.
The incident happened on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
The lifeless body of the deceased was found hanging in his personal apartment.
Neighbours saw a suicide note suspected to be his last wish.
He wished that his property be sold and proceeds used to care for his mum.
“Oh God forgive me. If found please sell my house property. Please help my mother, Mother Yaa Badie. RIP to my soul!!!”
The Effiduase Police Command has deposited the body at the St Joseph Hospital as investigations commence.
Neighbours and other residents in the area are shocked by the incident.
