Chief urges youth to be creative

Torgbui Nyamekor Glakpe IV, paramount chief of Ave-Dakpa Traditional Area and president of Ave Council of Chiefs in the Volta Region, has urged children and young people to be creative and hard working.

Torgbui Nyamekor, who was speaking at the launch of a gospel album in Accra recently, said the youth must invest their knowledge and exuberance in activities that would contribute to the development of the nation.

“We shall continue to support, motivate and pray for all of you so that you can use your knowledge, energy and resources on things that will benefit you and our nation”, he said.

Dr Donald Senanu Agumenu, a management consultant and politician, urged the participants to eschew practices that have the propensity to destroy their lives and reputation.

“Use all available means, including the social media, to market the special talents and skills that you have and which you can use to promote your personal development and the development of the nation”, he urged.

Mr. Anthony Kwaku Amoah, a public relations officer of the Ghana Education Service, implored society to continue to partner with the school in order to unearth and help develop the abilities, talents and skills in children and students.

Mr. Tony Quist, proprietor of Anquist College Complex, recently launched his gospel album titled, “Fear Not” in Accra.
