The Chamber of Real Estate has proudly declared its partnership with the Chartered Institute of Realtors (CIR).

Comprising a diverse group of real estate professionals, including owners, engineers, architects, surveyors, marketers, developers, contractors, lawyers, homeowners, valuers, and brokers, the Chamber of Real Estate is committed to catalysing the expansion of the estate industry on a global scale.

The Chartered Institute of Realtors (CIR), inaugurated last year at the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat (AfCFTA), is dedicated to enhancing the knowledge, skills, and experiences of real estate practitioners.

The launch ceremony witnessed the presence of esteemed figures such as Hon. Akosua Frema Osei-Opare, Chief of Staff from the office of the President, Hon Francis Asenso-Boakye, Minister for Works and Housing, Hon. Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, Minister for Education, and Hon. George Mireku Duker, Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources.

In recent months, the CIR has actively contributed to the real estate landscape, hosting events like the Ghana Diaspora Property Festival at the Accra International Conference Centre. The institute also played a pivotal role in the Africa Prosperity Dialogue organised by the Africa Prosperity Network (APN), Office of the President, and AfCFTA.

Additionally, it participated in the Turkey-Ghana Trade Delegation & B2B Meeting.

Impressed by the remarkable achievements of the CIR in its early stages, the Chamber of Real Estate has expressed its admiration and interest in forging a partnership. This collaboration aims to further amplify the efforts and vision of the Chartered Institute of Realtors (CIR) within the real estate industry.

As the real estate sector experiences steady growth in the region, the Chamber of Real Estate and the Chartered Institute of Realtors (CIR) look forward to jointly organising and participating in upcoming programs and activities.
