One person is reported dead as wild fire sweeps through 200 acres of plantain and cocoa plantations at Konkoma in the Bosomtwe district of the Ashanti region.
Two others are in critical condition at the Konkoma SDA clinic.
TV3’s Ibrahim Abubakar who was in the community reports that the 15-year old boy who lost his life attempted to quench the fire that was destroying his mother’s farm.
