The Asamponhene of the Asante Kingdom has died after sustaining what is suspected to be stab wounds, 3news.com has gathered. The vehicle of the Asamponhene, Oheneba Kwadwo Fodjour, was reportedly involved in an accident on the Ejura-Nkoranza road but when the police got to the scene, they realized he had rather been stabbed to death. It is unknown what or who are behind the crime but investigations have begun in earnest. The body of the deceased chief has been sent to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH).
