Minister for Inner City and Zongo Development Mustapha Hamid has said the main opposition party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has nothing new for Ghanaians ahead of the 2020 elections.
He described the NDC’s yet-to-be-launched manifesto document as a rehash of failed promises of the party during its term in office.
Addressing the media in Accra, Mustapha Hamid said: “Whatever they are doing this evening is a mere ritual.”
“Indeed their 2016 manifesto is a rehash of their failed 2012 manifesto. They have nothing new for Ghanaians.”
The NDC will be outdooring its manifesto for the 2020 polls Monday, September 7 at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
Former President John Mahama is expected to outline his key policies to Ghanaians.
