Mr President, turn things around!

The Cedi has plummeted significantly against the US dollar.

The current administration’s economic management prowess has been put under scrutiny as the business community continue to raise serious concerns.

As an import based economy, there are fears that demand-pull inflation is likely to hit the roof.

Dr Mahamudu Bawumia said, point blank that he will arrest the cedi and hand the keys to the IGP. He tagged Mahama as incompetent; what do we see now?

In September 2014, 1 USD = GH¢3.2900, September 2015, 1 USD = GH¢3.7500.

Fast-forward, the Ghanaian Cedi has seen significant depreciation against the US dollar since the introduction of the new currency in 2008, but Historically, the Ghanaian cedis has reached an all time high of 9.65 in August of 2022.

A clarion call to the government to swiftly turn things around.

MR PRESIDENT, please fix the economy.
