The MP was arrested Thursday together with Mr Ernest Owusu Bempah. The utterances of the two according to the Graphic, led to a confrontation between Fulani herdsmen and some farmers in Ejura.
The two were said to have asked the people in the area whose farms are being destroyed by the activities of the Fulani herdsmen to chase the herdsmen and their cattle out of the Agogo area; something that resulted in a violent clash.
