Kumasi: Three arrested over Alabar robbery

Three suspected armed robbers have been arrested by the Ashanti regional police over the robbery incident that occurred at Alabar, a suburb of Kumasi on Friday October 30.

TV3’s Ashanti regional correspondent Evans William Inkoom reported that the Friday’s broad day light robbery at the biggest black market in the Kumasi saw scores of traders caught up in a cross fire.

Three others were wounded during the attack were rushed to the Manhyia Government Hospital.

The deceased has been identified as Anwar Hussain, who died on arrival at the hospital.
