Kotoko jet off to Sudan for Al Hilal clash

Ghanaian giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko are off to Sudan for their CAF Champions League second leg clash against Al Hilal.

The Porcupine Warriors will be hoping to overturn a 1-0 defeat they recorded in the first leg at home to book their qualification to the money zone. They will make a transit at Ethiopia before heading to Sudan. Interim Head Coach Johnson Smith named a 22-man squad for the crunch encounter in Omdurman. Kotoko’s last visit to Omdurman ended in a defeat and a repeat of that or a draw will relegate them to the CAF Confederation Cup. The game will come off on Wednesday, January 6 at the Al Hilal Stadium behind closed doors at 3:00pm. By Francis Hema|3news.com|Ghana]]>
