Papic will be assisted by Asare Bediako and Edward Nii Odoom will be relegated to the club’s junior side – Aroras.
The 60-year old was at the helm of affairs for the Phobians in 2008-2009 and had a hand in the team that won the club’s last league tittle in 2009.
Accra Hearts of Oak are still without a Premier League triumph in the last decade.
