Justice demanded over death of Vodafone employee

Telecommunications company Vodafone Ghana has sent its sympathies to the wife, family and the entire employees over the death of Ebow Panford-Quainoo.

“We wish to extend our sincere condolences to his wife, the bereaved family and the entire Vodafone fraternity at this difficult moment.

“We are in touch with his family and will continue to extend all the necessary support we can to the family.”

Mr Panford-Quainoo was a victim to a deadly armed robbery attack on Wednesday, November 11 at his residence in Sakumono.

In a statement issued on Friday, Vodafone demanded the police to “thoroughly investigate this unfortunate incident and bring the perpetrators to book in accordance with the laws of Ghana”.

It recalled that the deceased joined the firm in 2013 as an Account Manager.

“He was a hardworking and dedicated young man who was passionate about bringing excellent customer service to his clients.

“Ebo will be sorely missed from both a personal and professional standpoint.”
