The deceased was in a pool of blood in her bedroom Sunday dawn. Her 12-year-old boy called for help when he woke up and found the mother motionless not responding to calls to wake up.

Police indicates no valuables were picked by the alleged killers.

The body has since been deposited at the police morgue.

Security has been beefed up at the residence as people troop in to sympathize with family members.

Mrs Josephine Asante was very instrumental in organizing a dinner dance and party for her colleagues senior staff Saturday before she was allegedly killed.

She was survived by a husband and a son.
