Ghanaian-based Togolese gospel musician Dela Manuella is one to look out for as she consistently delivers inspiration. The gospel musician has revealed that she is empowered to undertake such feats by her desire to serve God.
Dela Manuella, who rose to the limelight by being a curtain raiser at some of the gospel shows, has proven her salt in the industry by featuring mainstream musicians.
She made known in an interview with Sista Ginna, a Ghanaian gospel blogger, that music has always been her passion. And also ‘pointing out that collaborating with seasoned Ghanaian gospel musicians was her door to announce her arrival, locally.
“I have a song with Ceccy Twum and Akesse Brempong. Our collaboration showed me that no dream is too big for God, as anything is possible. It was really good for my musical journey because I learnt a lot during the course of making music together.”
Dela Manuella added that she had always wanted to propagate the gospel. She disclosed that this decision was influenced by the God factor in her life and versatility and the spiritual aspect of it.
“For me, it was, basically, a desire to serve God with all my heart, ministering to others and myself. It is all about Jesus.”

Her latest song, Higher, featuring urban gospel artiste Belac360, is said t have been heavily influenced by the Holy Spirit.
“The inspiration for the song came from the Holy Spirit. I am not really skilled at writing songs. I actually get inspiration from God, who teaches me how to minister to people.”
Dela Manuella, born and raised in Togo, is now based in Ghana, where she is a gospel songwriter, vocalist, and an anointed international worship leader.
