GIPC signs MoU with Invest Barbados to promote and increase trade, investments

The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Invest Barbados to establish a practical framework for the creation of a strategic alliance.

This, according to the GIPC, would promote and increase trade, investment, as well as business development opportunities between the Republic of Ghana and Barbados.

Deputy Minister of Trade & Industry, Ama Dokua Asiamah and Kaye Greenidge, CEO of Invest Barbados, signed the MOU on behalf of both countries.

GIPC’s Head of Investor Services, Edward Ashong Lartey, & the Chargé d’Affaires, High Commission of Barbados to Ghana were also present at the signing event, as well as Officers from the GIPC’s Legal, Corporate Affairs & PR Divisions.
