Olivetheboy’s captivating performance of “Goodsin” was on another level while Sefa delighted fans by showcasing her new release, “Vibration,” alongside her previous hits like “Echoke.”

 

Mr. Drew, the show’s final act, injected a burst of energy with his latest track, “Case,” featuring Mopty who joined him on stage to perform it. The entire performance was accompanied by impressive dance moves that were eye-catching. The electric atmosphere throughout the performances was truly remarkable.

Reigning Queen Teiya Radiates Elegance

The grand finale also witnessed the graceful entry of Queen Tung-Teiya Dahamani, the reigning GMB Queen of 2022. Exuding elegance and regality, Queen Teiya added a touch of glamour to the event as she showered cedi notes on the accompanying dancers, creating a captivating and unforgettable spectacle.

Heartwarming Support from Former Contestants

In a heartwarming display of camaraderie, several contestants who couldn’t secure a spot in the grand finale showed up to support their fellow competitors. Despite the fierce competition, the GMB house had fostered deep friendships, with contestants like Sung-Suma, Wunie, and others, coming together to celebrate the spirit of unity and sisterhood.

The grand finale opened with a mesmerizing display of elegance and unity, as the five finalists – Selorm, Naa Ayeley, Kwartemaa, Nurah, and Aduanige – graced the stage in stunning white corseted gowns. Each finalist conveyed a unique message, inviting viewers to stay tuned for a night of diverse yet cohesive entertainment.

The GMB 2023 grand finale proved to be a memorable and unmissable cultural extravaganza, combining outstanding musical performances, regal entrances, and heartwarming moments of solidarity among the contestants as Serlorm from the Volta region emerged the ultimate winner.
