Ghana make 2 changes; Owusu, Aidoo to start against Guinea Bissau

Head Coach of the Black Stars, James Kwesi Appiah, has made two changes to his starting line-up, as they take on the “Wild Dogs” of Guinea Bissau in the last Group F match at the Suez Stadium in Egypt, on Tuesday.

Striker Kwabena Owusu and Genk defender Joseph Aidoo, have been handed a starting roles in the crucial game, that would determine the future of the team in the competition.

Aidoo, would partner returnee John Boye in central defence, when the later was suspended in the first game after receiving two cautions.

This also follows the absence of Nuhu Kassim who is also on suspension with Jonathan Mensah missing out due to injury.

Speedsters Owusu together with Samuel Owusu would also be in the starting line-up as the Stars search for a win to boost their chances of making progress in the competition.

Richard Ofori, Andy Yiadom, Baba Rahman, Joseph Aidoo, John Boye, Mubarak Wakaso, Thomas Partey, Andre Ayew, Kwabena Owusu, Samuel Owusu, Jordan Ayew.
