The Black Satellites were awarded a penalty on the eve of the game and Precious Boah stepped up to convert beautifully from the spot to hand Ghana the win.

Ghana’s U-20 becomes the second team to win the WAFU U-20 Zone B tournament since it was introduced in 2018.

Both Ghana and Burkina Faso have booked a place in the 2021 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, which will be hosted by Mauritania.
