Officials at the GFA told there has been no significant interest in the positions so far. Meanwhile, there are calls from some quarters for a review of the filing fees for nominees. Those seeking Executive Committee positions are required to pay a filing fee of GHS2,500 while those interested in the GFA presidency are to pay GHS5,000. All female candidates are to pay a filling fee of GHS1,000, and this is an initiative to encourage more women to get involved at the highest level. By Nana Akua Amankwa||Ghana
